MISQUAH — The second Big Pelican juvenile has not gone. Greta Solberg, 12, checked Saturday from the north end, Sunday after church and Monday before school, and had one bird each time.
It is flying daily and feeding itself and has been ranging past the narrows and back. Its sibling left the night of September 5 into the 6, unwitnessed.
