Gladys M. Sorensen, 88, of Misquah, died June 1. Services were held Saturday at Sacred Heart. She is remembered for her rhubarb, her merciless euchre, and forty years of perfect church-basement coffee.
Raymond “Bud” Knutson, 79, formerly of Misquah, died May 28 in Brainerd. A celebration of life will be held at Knute’s Tap, which he founded the year after the one it is named for. He asked that no one wear a tie.
