NOTICE OF STOP-SIGN SUBCOMMITTEE VACANCY: The City seeks one resident willing to serve on a temporary subcommittee studying the Birch Street and Second Avenue intersection. Applicants should possess patience, a normal relationship with signs, and availability before July 14.

NOTICE OF HYDRANT FLUSHING COMPLETION: The Water Department expects flushing to conclude this week. Discolored water should clear after brief running; complaints may be directed to City Hall, where Donna has already made a tally sheet.
