Tuesday, 9:47 p.m. Report of “a group still arguing in the city-hall parking lot.” Deputy located four adults discussing the county-road shoulder after the planning-board meeting. All four agreed they were arguing. No assistance requested.

Wednesday, 5:21 a.m. Report of livestock trailer lights on for an extended period east of town. Contact made. Vekved family departing for State Fair. Lights functioning as intended.

Friday, 2:06 p.m. Caller reported “too many cars at the library and people in the street.” Summer reading finale. Traffic redirected for twenty-three minutes. No violation. Deputy received ice cream.

Saturday, 8:42 p.m. Noise complaint, Second Avenue. Determined to be ordinary taproom noise within ordinance. Caller advised the brewery has been there seventeen days. Caller replied, “I know, I’m adjusting.”

Sunday, 12:17 p.m. Report of an unattended inflatable raft near Loon Ridge. Raft belonged to resort, had been removed from swimming area for season, and was secured. No rescue required.

Monday, 6:44 a.m. Goat reported near County 6. Gone on arrival. Fifteenth non-meeting. No carrot present.
